I still do TONS of 'easy' drills every week. Also note that both the easier and more difficult programs start at a level that is easier for players to start off with and gets more difficult as you get further into the program's workout(s). This is why each program has a rating for how difficult it is to start with and how difficult it is at the end of the program.
